Version 2 · Updated 04/11/2026
This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version applies.
Summary
- No account needed to play, no ads, and we never sell or rent out data.
- Your progress, scores and settings stay on your device.
- Your name, phone number or email are only sent when you fill in a campaign's prize form yourself and tick the consent box.
- More detailed measurement only happens if you agree, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who controls your data
Prime Game Marketing is a platform for agencies and brands to build and publish marketing games. For the contact details you leave in a campaign's form, the brand running that campaign (named right next to the consent box) is the data controller: it decides the purpose and how the data is used. Prime Game Marketing is the processor: it stores that data and passes it to the brand on the brand's instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes.
For traffic measurement (the “Measurement to improve Prime Game Marketing” section below), Prime Game Marketing is the controller. Send any question or request to contact@primecommerce.asia.
Data that stays on your device
High scores and daily play counts, progress, badges, settings, question sets you write, unpublished campaign drafts in the Studio, the management code of campaigns you have published and your measurement choice are kept in your browser's storage on the device you are using, and are not sent to the Prime Game Marketing servers. You can export a backup or clear your progress, library and settings in Settings, or clear all of this site's data in your browser.
When you leave your details for a prize
Some campaigns show a form asking for your details before or after you play. The form sends your name, phone number and/or email, the game you just played, your score, your prize (if any) and the time you sent it. It is only sent when you tick the consent box (never pre-ticked), which names the brand and the purpose: contacting you about your prize and sending you the programme's offers.
The data is stored on Prime Game Marketing servers, in a separate list for each campaign. Only whoever holds the campaign's management code (the brand, or an agency the brand has appointed) can download the list. IP addresses are only counted briefly in memory to limit how often a form can be sent, and are never written to the list.
When a brand builds a game with AI in the Studio
This section is for agencies and brands. When you create a game with AI, the brand name, brief, website, chosen game and brand guideline files (PDF or images) are sent through the Prime Game Marketing server to Anthropic's AI service (USA) to write a draft. Prime Game Marketing does not keep the brief or the files; the draft that comes back stays on your device until you publish it. If AI is not switched on for the server, the draft is built from built-in rules and nothing is sent to a third party. Please don't put your customers' personal data in the brief or the files.
When you play live in a room
To bring devices together in one room, the game server (Cloudflare) receives your display name, mascot and a few display options of your player profile, a random device code so you can rejoin, the room code and your answers during the round. This only lives in the server's memory while the room is open and is never saved as a profile; a room with nobody connected for 10 minutes is deleted. IP addresses are only used briefly to stop room-code guessing and to limit connections, and are not logged.
Everyone in the room can see your display name, so use a nickname instead of your real name if you prefer.
Measurement to improve Prime Game Marketing
Always on, no cookies: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views, referring sites (e.g. Google, Facebook), device type, estimated country and city, page load speed, and aggregate counts: rounds played per game and mode, rooms created and shares. Visits are recognised by a hash that expires after 24 hours, so no one can be followed across days.
Only if you agree: PostHog (servers in the USA) also receives your play steps (choosing a game, starting and finishing a round, score, play time, creating and joining rooms) with a random code stored on your device, so we can see which games get abandoned and whether players come back. No screen recording, and no tracking outside Prime Game Marketing.
Never sent: your name or nickname, room codes, anything you type, or the details in a prize form. Prime Game Marketing uses no advertising pixels (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads) and does not use data for advertising.
Change your choice in Settings → Privacy. When you withdraw consent, sending stops immediately and the random code on your device is deleted.
Where data is processed and transfers abroad
- Website and always-on measurement: Vercel (USA). Live rooms: Cloudflare (global network). Measurement with your consent: PostHog (USA). AI in the Studio: Anthropic (USA).
- The servers that store campaigns and prize-form lists are run by a cloud infrastructure provider Prime Game Marketing hires; they may be located outside Vietnam.
- So the data above may be transferred abroad for processing, and only the part needed for the stated purpose.
How long we keep data
- Prize-form details: not deleted automatically. They stay until the brand deletes the campaign's list in the Studio (each deletion removes that campaign's whole list).
- Published campaigns: kept on the server so their play links keep working; not deleted automatically.
- Live rooms: only in server memory, deleted after 10 minutes with nobody connected.
- Briefs and files sent to AI: Prime Game Marketing does not keep them.
- Anonymous measurement data: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights and the legal basis
This policy follows Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP (in force from 01/01/2026). You have the right to be informed, to consent or refuse, to withdraw consent, and to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain. Using prize-form details relies on the consent box you tick; detailed measurement relies on your choice in the consent card and in Settings.
For prize-form details, send your request to the brand running the campaign or to contact@primecommerce.asia; Prime Game Marketing passes it on to the brand and helps carry it out. For other data, write to contact@primecommerce.asia. We reply as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
When what we collect changes, this page shows the new version and its date, and Prime Game Marketing asks for your consent again.
